• Validation of selected profiles
• Elaboration of the animation guide (submitted to the client for validation)
• Follow-up one day before to maximize the attendance rate
• Transcription of the discussion sessions
• A presentation (10 pages) of the main results of the study
• A telephone or physical restitution of the results
