Today, more and more information is stored in unstructured formats – open-ended survey responses, social media posts, customer emails, call centre notes, news, etc.

The main problem is the management of this unstructured textual data and the lack of standard writing rules that allow computers to understand the text

Indeed, the language and therefore the meaning of words varies from one document to another and even within the same document
